Atlas Jewellery India has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the said Code) which continues to remain closed from March 31, 2022 and will open after forty-eight (48) hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The date of board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended September 30,2025, shall be intimated in due course.
