Bank of Maharashtra zooms on reporting 23% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Bank Of Maharashtra is currently trading at Rs 57.66, up by 2.48 points or 4.49% from its previous closing of Rs 55.18 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 55.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs 57.99 and Rs 55.38 respectively. So far 1437293 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 59.85 on 05-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 38.11 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 58.12 and Rs 54.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 44318.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.39% and 8.00% respectively.

Bank of Maharashtra has reported 23.09% rise in its net profit at Rs 1633.14 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1326.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the bank increased by 17.10% at Rs 7973.61 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 6809.18 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 23.09% rise in its net profit at Rs 1633.50 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 1327.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the bank increased by 17.10% at Rs 7973.86 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 6809.43 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
