In continuation to its earlier intimation for closure of trading window sent on 30th September, 2025, Future Consumer has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed upto 13th November, 2025 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 11th November, 2025. The trading window shall be open from 14th November, 2025.
