Devine Impex has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on 10th November, 2025 at 12.00 PM at the Corporate Office of the Company to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & six months ended 30 th September, 2025. In this regard, further to intimation dated 30th September, 2025, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed for the designated persons of the Company and/ or their immediate relatives since 1st October, 2025 and shall remain closed up to 12th November, 2025.
