MRC Agrotech has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ME Technology Trading on December 16, 2025. The MoU, a non-binding agreement, aims to establish a framework for collaboration and cooperation in the agri technology domain, including development, marketing and distribution of agriculture-related technology solutions such as AI, IoT, robotics, data analytics, software and allied products in India.
