Cityman has informed that, pursuant to the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended (SEBI PIT Regulations) and in terms of Company’s code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s equity shares by the Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Further, the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the un audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
