Pursuant to the Company's Code of conduct, all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the Company's Securities during the above-mentioned trading window closure period. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
