KSB has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company covered as per the Code of Conduct under the said Regulations, from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated in due course.
