The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-Audited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the third quarter on 31st December, 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course. This information is being informed to the Designated Persons (Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel and relevant employees etc.) and immediate relatives of the Designated Persons in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct the Company.
