Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, Shakti Pumps India has informed that the Shakti Pumps (India) has received Work Order from Haryana Renewable Energy Department (HAREDA) for 792 Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) pumps for the entire state of Haryana under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme. The total value of the 792 pumps is around Rs 23.54 Crores (inclusive of GST) which is to be executed within 90 days. Details as per SEBI Circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD?PoD?1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure - I.
