Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, Shakti Pumps (India) has informed that the company has received 1st letter of Award from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development for 16780 Stand?alone Off?Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) pumps for the entire state of Karnataka under Component?B of PM?KUSUM scheme. The total value of the 16,780 pumps is around Rs. 654.03 Crores (inclusive of GST). Details as per SEBI Circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure – I.
