Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Oswal Pumps has informed that the Company has received the Letter of Award from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development for 214 Surface Solar Agriculture Pumps Set and for 3049 Submersible Solar Agriculture Pump Sets for the entire state of Karnataka under Component?B of PM?KUSUM scheme. The total value of 3,263 pumps is Rs. 119.92 Crore approx. (inclusive of GST). In this respect, information as required under the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided under Annexure ‘A’. Further, it has also enclosed Press Release dated January 14, 2026 in this behalf, being issued by the Company.
