Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has completed the acquisition of 1,380 equity shares for a total consideration of Rs 4,65,06,000, representing 9.20% of the paid-up share capital of Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Pursuant to this acquisition, the Company’s aggregate shareholding in Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems stands at 60.53%.
The objective of acquisition is to strengthen the strategic partnership with Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems to accelerate growth and expansion into high-potential markets.
Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms is engaged in the business of manufacturing pre-engineered, pre-fabricated modular panels and doors for building internal infrastructure for pharmaceuticals and allied industries.
