In connection with the above, the company has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company's Internal code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
