Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has received approval from Board of Directors for acquisition of 38,673 equity shares in Advantek Air Systems. The acquisition is aligned with the Company's core business and supports the expansion of business. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 12, 2026, have inter alia considered and approved the same.
The acquisition of 38,673 equity shares of Advatek Air Systems, will be undertaken aggregating to a total consideration of Rs 2.54 crore in cash.
Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms is engaged in the business of manufacturing pre-engineered, pre-fabricated modular panels and doors for building internal infrastructure for pharmaceuticals and allied industries.
