Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Radaan Mediaworks India has informed that it enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated 13th February 2026 (‘Notice’) sent to the members. The Notice seeks approval of members of the Company through Postal Ballot only by way of remote electronic voting (‘remote e-voting’) in respect of the resolutions, as set out in the Notice. In accordance with the circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the aforesaid Notice is being sent only by email to all members of the Company who have registered their email addresses with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or respective depository participant and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, 13th February 2026. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (‘CDSL’), for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting period commences from 9.00 am (IST) on Friday, 20th February 2026 and ends at 5.00 pm (IST) on Saturday, 21st March 2026. The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced at or before 5.00 pm (IST) on Monday, 23rd March 2026. The Resolution, if passed by requisite majority, will be deemed to have been passed on the last date of e-voting i.e. Saturday, 21st March 2026. Notice will also be available on the website of the Company at www.radaan.tv and on the website of CDSL (agency for providing the Remote e-Voting facility): www.evotingindia.com.
