Bank of Maharashtra inks MoU with Nagarjuna Fertilisers

Bank of Maharashtra has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nagarjuna Fertilisers and Chemicals (NFCL) to provide irrigation systems to farmers across the country. As per the MoU, NFCL’s micro-irrigation division will provide drip and sprinkler irrigation while the bank will extend loans to farmers to cover the cost. This new partnership will help farmers grow more crops under micro-irrigation with minimum use of water.

Recently, the bank offered waiver on processing fee on its Home Loans up to Rs 25 lakhs and slashed Interest Rates on its Consumer Loans (Loans for purchase of Refrigerators, LCD TVs, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, etc.) by 2.25% in this festive season under Festival Dhamaka Offers. Under Maha Super Home Loan scheme, Bank is offering Lowest Interest Rate of 10.25% for Loans up to Rs 1 crore. No upper Limit on Loan Amount under this scheme and Maximum repayment period is allowed upto 30 years. Existing Home loan borrowers of the Bank are offered special interest rates and longest repayment tenures.
