Panorama Studios International has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The incorporation is expected to be completed within 6 months, subject to regulatory approvals and compliances. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on March 21, 2026, has approved the same.
The objective of incorporation is to undertake the acquisition, development, adaptation, dubbing, remake, licensing and commercialization of Indian blockbuster movies, cinematographic content and related franchises in languages other than Indian and English languages, including but not limited to Spanish, Korean, Mandarin and other international languages; global distribution and commercialization of such content through theatrical and non-theatrical modes, including OTT platforms, satellite broadcasting, digital streaming and other distribution channels worldwide; to acquire, transfer and/or license intellectual property rights in Indian blockbuster movies for adaptation, dubbing, remake and distribution in the aforesaid languages and territories; and to act as the international content development and global distribution arm of the company.
