Puneet Resins has received its board's approval for the capital expenditure up to Rs 2.75 crore for the modernization of the Satpur, Nashik Plant of the Company to be funded from internal Accruals. The board at its meeting held on October 31, 2013 has approved the same.

Puneet Resins was incorporated in 1984 in the State of Maharashtra. The company has received ISO 9001:2000 Certification and has been a pioneer in introducing various grades of rubber compounds in India. Currently its products are exported to various developed markets across the globe.
