Bank of Maharashtra posts 36% rise in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit

Bank of Maharashtra has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The bank has reported 34.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,014.09 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 1,493.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 12.73% at Rs 8,693.04 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 7,711.44 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 36.11% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,044.88 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,502.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 12.73% at Rs 8,693.46 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 7,711.76 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the bank has reported 27.17% rise in its net profit at Rs 7,019.32 crore as compared to Rs 5,519.79 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 15.57% at Rs 32,822.53 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 28,401.62 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 26.62% rise in its net profit at Rs 7,016.86 crore as compared to Rs 5,541.78 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 15.57% at Rs 32,823.72 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 28,402.61 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
