Pursuant to Regulation 30 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Kabra Extrusiontechnik has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Uttam Singh, DGM-Accounts and Finance, as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from May 13, 2026, till the time new CFO is appointed by the Board. The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015; Section V-A of Chapter V of Master Circular issued vide circular no.
