With reference to earlier intimation dated 26.03.2026 regarding closure of Trading Window pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, T & I Global has informed that due to an inadvertent/typographical error, the date of Trading Window Closure mentioned in the aforesaid intimation was incorrectly stated as 17.05.2026 instead of 01.06.2026. Accordingly, the correct period/date of Trading Window Closure shall be read as: 01st June, 2026. All other contents of the aforesaid intimation shall remain unchanged.
