Further in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time read with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons. The trading window shall remain closed with effect from April 01st, 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
