Siyaram Silk Mills has received approval for the development of one-off residential project on MIDC leasehold land at Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra, comprising a basement plus tilt with 18 floors, aggregating to 77,400 sq. ft. of built-up area consisting of 68 Nos 2 BHK units/flats and other amenities. The cost of the project is around Rs 45 crore (excluding Land Cost). The company’s board at its meeting held on May 19, 2026, has approved the same.
Siyaram Silk Mills was established in 1978 and is engaged in manufacturing, branding and marketing of Fabrics, Readymade Garments and Indigo Dyed yarn.
