Further, with reference to the intimation dated March 27, 2026 with reference to the closure of Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, the company has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall continue to be in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Half Year and Year ended on March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company till 48 hours after the declaration of the of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Half Year and Year ended on March 31, 2026.
