Manomay Tex India’s board has approved share purchase agreement to acquire 26.00% equity shares of Lov Smart Rj-1, a company engaged in generation and transmission of renewable energy. The acquisition is to augment captive renewable energy capacity of up to 13.65 MW (DC) for the company’s Rajasthan-based plants through a qualifying solar captive project from the Hybrid Park in Sayala, Jalore, Rajasthan (India), ensuring long-term cost efficiency and sustainability. The total cost of acquisition is Rs 3.12 crore.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on May 22, 2026, has approved the same.
Manomay Tex India primarily manufactures and sells denims & denim fabrics in domestic and international markets.
