Harsha Engineers International has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Harsha Engineers Advantek Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company (Harsha Advantek), Harsha Advantek will undertake a Phase 2 strategic capital investment of approximately Rs. 110 crores at its plant situated at Survey No: 376 TO 379, TA: Bavla, Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382220. The investment shall be deployed mainly to set up new building and manufacturing lines for bushing and stamping products. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in Annexure A.
