In continuation of its earlier communications dated 30th May, 2026 and dated 1st June, 2026, MRC Agrotech has informed that the Company has today received from its Statutory Auditors the Audited Standalone Financial Results, Audited Consolidated Financial Results and the respective Independent Auditor’s Reports for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. As already intimated to the Exchange, the Board Meeting of the Company has been re-scheduled and is proposed to be held on 06th June, 2026, to consider and approve the aforesaid Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. In the interest of transparency and timely dissemination of information to investors, it has enclosed the Audited Standalone Financial Results, Audited Consolidated Financial Results and the respective Independent Auditor’s Reports as received from the Statutory Auditors. The enclosed financial results are being submitted for information purposes and shall be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company at its ensuing meeting scheduled on 06th June, 2026 for consideration and approval in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company shall separately intimate the outcome of the Board Meeting and the approval of the aforesaid financial results immediately upon conclusion of the said Board Meeting.
