In continuation to earlier intimation dated 13.05.2026, Sicagen India has attached a copy of Postal Ballot Notice seeking shareholder’s approval for the Special business mentioned therein pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In compliance with MCA circulars, the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent electronically to the shareholders who have registered their e-mail id’s with Company/RTA/DP and whose name appears in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial owners as on Friday, 29t May, 2026 (cut-off date). The remote e-voting shall commence from 09:00 am on Tuesday, 9t June, 2026 and ends at 05:00 pm on Wednesday, the 8th July 2026. A copy of the aforesaid notice will also be available at the website of the Company i.e. www.sicagen.com & at the website of CDSL i.e. www.evotingindia.com.
