Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), as amended from time to time, Panorama Studios International has informed that the company has entered into an association with the well-known Malayalam industry company Funstreams Movies and Entertainment LLP for the joint development and co-production of two Malayalam films. For these projects, Fahadh Faasil, one of the acclaimed actors of the Malayalam film industry, has been signed as the lead actor.
