Envair Electrodyne has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for trading in securities of the company by its designated person and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. The date of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
