Sueryaa Knitwear has informed that in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018) read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting to be held for approval of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
