Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Borana Weaves has informed that for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ending June 30, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons (Including their immediate relatives) and Insiders from July 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ending on June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting on which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
