With reference to its disclosure dated June 8, 2026, submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), whereby the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges regarding receipt of an Incinerator Package order from CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions L.L.C., UAE for TA’ZIZ Salt Project, ADNOC, Abu Dhabi, UAE. JNK India has informed that the Company has received a communication dated July 16, 2026 from CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions L.L.C., UAE informing that the aforesaid order stands cancelled. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is given in the enclosed Annexure A.
