Ludlow Jute & Specialities has purchased 5,62,859 equity shares of Sijberia Industries, an unlisted company on November 15, 2011, representing 53.91% of the paid up equity share capital of the company.
By virtue of this purchase, Sijberia Industries has become a subsidiary company of Ludlow Jute & Specialities, in accordance with Section 4 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Equipped with state-of-the art machines from preparatory to finishing sections and manned by a highly skilled workforce, Ludlow has developed products like jute mesh/scrim for roofing felt, agriculture, and horticulture etc.
