Zodiac Energy has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of ‘ZODIAC ENERGY IPP-1’. The Certificate of Incorporation dated July 30, 2026 has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to undertake projects relating to solar power generation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities.
