Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zodiac Energy has informed that the Company has received a Purchase Order (PO) from a Domestic entity based in Gujarat for supply, installation, commissioning of Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant 2000 Kwp. The aggregate value of the said order is approximately Rs 7,12,20,600, excluding the O&M charges. This order is expected to strengthen the Company’s presence in the renewable energy sector and contribute to the Company’s revenues over the project execution period. The details, as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure I.
