Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members. Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter containing the web-link for accessing the Notice of 33rd AGM and Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 is being sent to all those Members who have not registered their email IDs. The notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will also be hosted on the website of the Company and the same can be accessed at www.mayuruniquoters.com.
