Borana Weaves gets nod to enter into loan agreement with Win Star Industries

Borana Weaves has received approval to enter into a loan agreement with Win Star Industries for granting an unsecured loan to provide financial assistance for Win Star Industries’ business activities. Under the loan agreement, the company will provide an unsecured loan of up to Rs 5 crore to Win Star Industries at an interest rate of 12% per annum.

The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 5, 2026, has approved the same.

Borana Weaves is a textile manufacturer based in Surat, specializing in the production of unbleached synthetic grey fabric.
