Cosco India has informed that the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business, as set out in the Notice of the AGM only through e-voting facility. A copy of notice convening the 47th AGM of the company is enclosed and the same is also available on the company's website www.cosco.in. In compliance with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has provided the facility to the shareholders to exercise their vote electronically through remote e-voting or e-voting at AGM. The facility of casting votes by members using remote e-voting system as well as e-voting on the date of the AGM will be provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
