Bajaj Steel Industries has informed about clarification on the delay in submitting the Credit Rating disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The official communication email from CRISIL Ratings was inadvertently routed to our official spam folder and went unnoticed, which led to an unintended delay in making the immediate exchange disclosure. They confirmed that there has been no material change in the company’s Credit Rating, and the existing rating remains unchanged and reaffirmed.
