Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Metroglobal has informed that the members of the Company, at their 34th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:30 AM (IST) have approved and declared a final dividend @25% on paid up equity share capital (i.e. Rs. 2.5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for 1,23,34,375 number of Equity Shares) for the FY 2025-26. The declared dividend shall be paid within the timeline prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
