Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, A-1 has submitted the Corrigendum to the Annual Report of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26, which was submitted to the Stock Exchanges on September 1, 2026. The Corrigendum sets out certain inadvertent typographical and numbering errors noticed in the Cash flow statement of Annual Report and the corresponding corrections thereto. Except for the corrections specifically mentioned in the Corrigendum, all other contents, information, statements and particulars contained in the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 remain unchanged. Also, the details of cash flow statement submitted on 12th May,2026 with the financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March,2026 was correct. A copy of the Corrigendum along with the updated Annual Report is enclosed and is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.a-llimited.com.
