In continuation to earlier intimation for closure of trading window sent on 26th March, 2026 and 30th June 2026, Future Consumer has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 . The date of the meeting to consider the announcement of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in the course of time, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
