No. KET/SEC/SE/2026-27/39) regarding the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on 5th September 2026, wherein the Board approved the proposed incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as an intermediary holding company for the Company’s international business and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kabra Extrusiontechnik has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of Geon International FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, on 5th October 2026. The necessary details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed.
