GNG Electronics’ subsidiary -- Electronics Bazaar FZC has entered into a Tenancy Contract with Government of Sharjah represented by Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) fully executed on October 14, 2026, for leasing of refurbishment facility space situated at SAIF Zone, United Arab Emirates. This lease has been undertaken to meet the increasing operational requirements and to expand refurbishing capacity in the region.

GNG Electronics, operating under the brand 'Electronics Bazaar', is into refurbishing laptops and desktops, including the full refurbishment value chain from sourcing to refurbishment to sales, to after-sale services and providing warranty.
