The said financial results are being uploaded on the website of the Company www.kolsite.com and will be published in newspapers as per the requirements of the Listing Regulations;. To take note of the retirement of Mr. Yogesh Deo, Senior Management Personnel, designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Extrusion Division, from the services of the Company with effect from October 22, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/ 49/ 14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are provided in the Annexure-I to this letter; Approved the appointment of Mahaboob Ali Khan as Senior Management Personnel of the Company, designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Extrusion Division, with effect from October 23, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
