Cinemax India has received an approval from High Court of Delhi on February 12, 2014, for Amalgamation of Cinemax India’s subsidiaries with itself. The subsidiaries companies of Cinemax India are Vista Entertainment, Growel Entertainment, Nikmo Entertainment, Odeon Shrine Multiplex and Cinemax Motion Pictures.
The company has also received an approval from High Court of Delhi for Amalgamation of Cinemax India with PVR and Cine Hospitality with PVR.
Cinemax India operates one of the largest exhibition theatre chains in India with 39 properties, 138 screens and 33,522 seats. It is the largest multiplex chain in the Mumbai region. Cinemax runs ‘Red Lounge’ at Bandra, Versova and Thane.
