Credit rating agency, CARE has assigned ‘BBB-’ rating to Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network’s long term bank facilities worth Rs 8.74 crore and ‘A3’ rating to Short-term Bank Facilities worth Rs 17.91 crore.
The company has received the said ratings on the back of its established track record of the promoters in the M&E industry, turnaround in the performance of channels launched in the broadcasting segment and cost synergy with respect to arrangement for the programming content within the group.
Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network was incorporated in 1994 by brothers Mr. Gautam Adhikari and Mr. Markand Adhikari. It became the first television Production Company in India when it was listed on the BSE in 1995. It has been a pioneer in the field of television programming and programme content.
