Further, as per the code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from with effect from January 30, 2017 to February 14, 2017 for all Directors and designated officers of the Company.
